Es Teler (Indonesian Fruit Drink) - Tips Food Recipes



This is the Indonesian fruit drink that I always crave for. young coconut meat, avocado, and jackfruit are served with coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cocopandan syrup. So refreshing! 

Ingredientas:

  • 1 young coconut, rip out the meat with a spoon
  • 2 ripe avocados, reduce into cube
  • a hundred gr jackfruit, reduce into diced
  • 6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 tablespoons cocopandan syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • shaved ice

Steps:

  1. In a small pot, stir the coconut cream with a pinch of salt continuously till boiling. Set apart. let it cool. 
  2. placed the younger coconut meat, avocado, and jackfruit in a tumbler or a bowl.
  3. add the coconut milk, cocopandan syrup, and sweetened condensed milk. put the shaved ice on pinnacle. geared up to be served! 
  4. If you could’t find cocopandan syrup inside the market you could make your personal via mixing 1 cup of sugar with 2 cup of coconut water in a pot. add 3 pandan leaves. upload pink food coloring (optional). carry it to boil over medium-excessive warmth. Set aside. let it cool.
